1. The Promotion Granted option is only for Hong Kong students who have been admitted by Create Career College and the promotion was promised by May 1, 2022. The service fee of $550 CAD does NOT include any third-party fee that occurred during the application process. 2. The service fee for an inland/outland study permit ONLY includes the application fee of $150 CAD and the biometrics fee of $85 CAD charged by the Canadian government (IRCC).
